The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

We will gladly accept any unwashed & unworn items with the original MxT 2510 tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

$5 is deducted from your refund for the cost of the domestic return shipping label.
Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our criteria.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
Please be careful of any makeup or deodorant when trying on as well as any pet hair or fragrance that could transfer to the garment as this is considered worn.
Items that have been washed or have noticeable instances of wear or without original tags will not be eligible for return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note MxT 2510 does not provide a pre-paid return shipping label for international returns.
Mail your return back to the address listed in our returns center and your refund or exchange will be processed.
