How long will it take for my order to ship?

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • For your convenience, we will send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
  • Once processed, your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your shipping address. All orders are shipped from California.

Please note that due to the holiday season and COVID, it may take longer than usual to receive your order.

For U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping via UPS.


Do you offer returns?

We will gladly accept any unwashed and unworn items with the original MxT 2510 tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Returns must be made through MxT 2510's Returns Portal.

  • $5 is deducted from your refund for the cost of the domestic return shipping label. 
  • Please include the original order packaging slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our criteria.


What is considered worn?

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. 
  • Please include the original order packaging slip in your return package. 
  • Please be careful of any makeup or deodorant when trying on, as well as any pet hair or fragrance that could transfer to the garment as this is considered worn.
  • Items that have been washed or have noticeable instances of wear or without original tags will not be eligible for return. 


The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?

Will I be able to return items purchased with my 10% off welcome code?

You will be able to return items purchased with the welcome code. 


How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please email along with your purchase confirmation details ASAP. If your order hasn’t been shipped already, we will do our best to cancel it.
